A thorough assessment of strength, joint range of motion, and functional movements is utilized to identify movement patterns that may be limiting your performance.

In-Person Coaching
Utilize our private gym space where Dr. Katie will be available to coach you through your day’s training session or on any skills you feel you need extra guidance on. These can be arranged to be one-on-one or in small group setting.

Virtual Coaching
A subscription based service will be available to clients to follow programming and message Dr. Katie with questions. Have the convenience of training from your gym or home.

Injury Prevention
Modern Movement’s programs are designed to address common faulty movement patterns. They’re tailored for the individual. You don’t have to wait until you have pain to figure out what you need to work on. Find what deficits need to be addressed based on your activity level.

Building athleticism takes time, consistency, and effort. Our method is based on progressive overload. We take your current skill level and develop a an individualized plan to meet your goals. Your consistent dedication is the key to success.

Any age and ability level is welcome. An athlete is any person pursuing fitness across a spectrum of interest and ability. It’s an expression of dedicated physical output. It’s never too late to start.
