Originally from Underwood, ND, Shanna graduated from Sister Rosalind Gefre’s School of Massage Therapy in Fargo, North Dakota , in 2003. Throughout her 20 plus years of experience she has practiced professionally in both North Dakota and the state of Colorado. Shanna has been trained in Deep Tissue, Hot stone, Geriatric , Pediatric, Prenatal, Sports, and Swedish massage. Her belief is that the best part of being a LMT is not only the physically benefits but also the mental and spiritually. She can develope and individualize a plan to suit your wellness goals.
